Is Everyone Accepted?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept every nominated company. Directory space is very limited, with only companies that are nominated, vetted, and approved by our Neighbors and HOA (Homeowners Association) earning a slot as one of the referred providers in the categories used by our Homeowners.
For your reference, here is the full list of all our Categories.
How Do I Get Approved?
Once you accept your nomination, we will help you quickly navigate the review process, and submit your business for approval by our Neighborhood HOA. Nominations are processed in the order they are received by our Homeowners, and accepted by prospective Providers.
Is This An Advertising Platform?
This is a service provided to our Residents, and is not an advertising platform. You cannot "bid" on a slot in our Neighborhood, and there is no "lead generation" or "advertising placement" payments. The only "cost" to your business is a rights and administration fee, which is the amount required to run and update this platform for our Neighborhood, and gives you the right to call yourself a "Preferred Provider" when communicating with our Residents, via our platform or your own communication and/ or marketing efforts.
The total cost to your business is $25 per Neighborhood where you are nominated, and earn a slot in our Directory.

Get Set Up in Minutes
You're almost there! Completing the onboarding form is the final step to becoming a FrontPorch Preferred Provider. Once submitted, our team will review your details, confirm your eligibility, and get you listed.
Here's what happens next:
1️⃣ Submit Your Info - Fill out the form with your business details and service categories. You will receive notification within 48 hours upon official HOA approval.
2️⃣ Approval & Confirmation - Once approved, your nominated slot will be reserved for three business days. Upon final confirmation of your community and category(ies), payment of the administrative fee will be collected.
3️⃣ Start Connecting - Once approved, you'll be featured in your Preferred Provider Directory within 5 business days and ready to serve local homeowners!
